The Fairways – a 268 unit condominium project located next to Meadow Gardens Golf Course in Pitt Meadows, BC.

  • Stella Calgary – A 161 suite condo tower in Calgary, Alberta's Beltline district. Pushed the pricing envelope and brought a new sense of style to the area.
  • Stella Vancouver – A unique combination of a 99 suite tower over top of Honda automotive dealership – the first of its kind in Canada. Dramatically higher prices achieved than other comparable buildings.
  • Rosario Gardens — a 200 unit condominium project in Richmond, B.C. where some buyers lined up for 3 days and nights to be first to buy. 90% of the project sold out in 3 days.
  • Montebello II — one of the first quarter-share resort projects at Whistler B.C. Using a reservation program, 110 quarters were sold at prices averaging $239,000 per quarter in just 2 days.

  • Vancouver Airport Marriott — a 237 unit condominium hotel that sold out in 48 hours during the preview. People stood in line at the Grand Opening for up to six hours just to write back up offers.
  • Domus — a 135 unit high-end condominium in Vancouver’s trendy Yaletown area. Set new design and price standards in the area and was 98% sold out 12 months prior to completion.
