Canmore, BC | 120 unit resort project to be operated as a resort hotel. Targeted towards investors that want hassle free management along with the ability to both use and rent out their suite.
Sales started in Spring 2005 and outperformed the Canmore market for both prices and absorption.

Bella Veduta

Kelowna, BC | 27 high end home subdivision at the top of Quail Ridge, with high end duplex homes.
Reorganized and repositioned the project from a marketing and sales perspective, and sold successfully.

Centrepoint

Burnaby, BC | At 32 storeys, Centrepoint is the tallest residential high rise in Burnaby , connected to Metrotown by a pedestrian skybridge.
Initial sales launch resulted in a sell out in two days with record high prices for Burnaby and prices pushed up considerably during the sales period.

Kelowna, BC | Icon is an 89-suite hi-rise development within Brandt's Creek Crossing, a master-planned community one block from Lake Okanagan on Sunset Drive in downtown Kelowna.
Sales launch in summer 2004 resulted in substantial presales at record prices for the area.

Pre-sale launch in May 2005, 75% sold in less than 3 months at the highest prices achieved for a Vancouver Island condominium project to that time.

Burnaby, BC | 62 unit stacked townhouse at Simon Fraser University. A unique pricing model provides a price advantaged program for family accommodation.
Maverick contracted to provide marketing and sales advice and engineered an innovative, targetted, low cost program that sold out the project at higher than expected prices.

New YorkState | 120 suite luxury hi-rise in downtown New Brunswick.
Maverick provided marketing and sales consulting which resulted in a sellout and prices that dramatically exceeded the developer's expectations.

Calgary, AB | Nova is the second tower of the two-phase project and comprises 181 suites on 27 floors.
Involved with initial design and launch set up. Sold out in one day with record setting prices for that area.

Stella

Calgary, AB | Stella is a 161-suite tower in the Connaught district of Calgary. Pre-Sales launched Fall 2004 and it was substantially sold out prior to completion.
Stella pushed the price ceiling for residential projects in Calgary's Beltline area.

Victoria, BC | A collection of 161 loft-style and apartment condominiums in two seven storey buildings, in the heart of Old Town Victoria. Also included 16 live/work units around a central courtyard.
Launched November 2004 was was 80% sold in 6 months at record prices for the area.
