Purchasers Lined Up For 3 Days and Nights To Be The First To Buy

Located in the heart of Richmond, B.C., this was a 16 story, 200-unit hi rise developed by Hyland Pacific Holdings and the Sing Tao Newspaper Group. The homes consisted of 1 to 3 bedroom apartments and New York style townhomes ranging in size from 600 to 1800 square feet. The building also contained some ground level retail space and was connected to an adjacent public market. The project was marketed locally and in Hong Kong to capture the large influx of new immigrants coming to the Vancouver area. It was 90% sold out in just 3 days.

Sold Out in 48 Hours During The Preview

Developed by Vancouver Airport Centre, this was a 15 story condominium hotel with 237 suites located near the Vancouver Airport. Not only was the concept of selling hotel suites new to this market, but the entire project was sold at an exhibition preview in another nearby hotel. The project was fully sold out during the 2 day preview and investors stood in line for up to 6 hours at the subsequent Grand Opening just to write backup offers.

First Luxury Condominiums on Vancouver’s Coal Harbour Waterfront

Developed by Aspac Developments, these were the first residential towers on Vancouver’s Coal Harbour waterfront. The project consisted of two 21-story towers, Bauhinia and Avila, with a combined total of 205 high-end condominium homes. The homes ranged from 1 to 4 bedrooms with prices up to $3 Million. This marked the first time in the Vancouver market that homes were sold on a presales basis at this price point and most local real estate experts predicted there was no market at this price point. 80% Pre-sold in 3 weeks and completely sold out within 6 months of completion with an aggressive sales campaign to capture non-local buyers.

100% Sold Out Prior To Completion Setting A New Standard For Calgary Market

Developed by Magusta Developments, this was a 4-story wood frame building with 170 suites in Calgary’s Mount Royal College area. Suites ranged from 1 to 2 bedroom and den. The project introduced new suite sizes and price points into the market and was sold through an intense presales campaign that revolutionized multi-family home sales for the Calgary market.

Over 50% Sold In The First Week At New Price Points For The Area

Developed by Assured Developments in Calgary’s revitalized Mission area. The building is a 4-story wood frame with 106 homes consisting of 1 to 2 bedroom and den apartments, 2-level penthouse suites, and 2-story city townhomes. The project redefined new development possibilities for the area for both price and design.

Established Upper End Market For The Area In Both Price And Suite Size

Located in downtown Vancouver overlooking the Yaletown area, this 27-story hi rise developed by Qualex Landmark Development set new quality and price standards for the area. The building has 135 homes ranging from 1 to 2 bedroom and den and 5 luxury penthouse suites. In the first 3 weeks of sales launch, 80 suites were sold and the project was over 90% pre-sold in 6 months, with 100% sell out many months prior to completion.

Over 100 Suites Sold In 2 Weeks and Sold Out In 6 Months

Downtown Vancouver building developed by Concert Properties Ltd., one of Vancouver’s foremost developers. This 23-story hi rise was originally planned as a rental building but during the course of construction was changed to a strata development which meant the sales and marketing campaign had a very short planning and launch period. The building contained 199 apartment suites and 12 city townhomes. The sales and marketing was a collaborative effort with the developer’s staff and 100 suites were sold in the first 2 weeks.

Completely Pre-Sold Prior To Completion

Developed by Tibron-Landmark Projects in Vancouver’s Yaletown area. This 6-story building consists of 54 suites ranging from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom and den, and the project pushed the price envelope for the area. The project was distinct in that it was an intimate urban building with unique floor plans in an area of much larger projects.
