Currently Maverick is focused on large and large multi-phased multi-unit projects in Western Canada and Denver Colorado.
We can’t claim any particular genius at having established our headquarters in Vancouver, other than that’s where we lived when we started the business. It has however turned out to be of huge benefit to our clients all over North America. Why? Because Vancouver has proven to be ahead of most North American cities on successful urban multi-unit projects and is an extremely competitive market demanding leading edge project designs, marketing and sales campaigns. So you get solutions and experts that have been “battle tested” in one of the toughest markets in the world. While headquartered in Vancouver, Canada we function as a virtual company moving expertise to wherever our clients require. We’ve worked with developers on projects in British Columbia, Alberta, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Texas, Washington, Vermont and Hong Kong.
